These beautiful silicone forms are very realistic and have the newly designed internal textured nipple that blends smoothly across the form to look and feel just like real nipples.The new outer polyurethane membrane is very supple with a more matte appearance to offer a more natural look and softer “bouncier” feel. 

When pads finally wear out, simply remove the old pads and replace with new ones.

Forms are symmetrical and interchangeable so they are easy to fit in a variety of bras. They can be angled, turned up-right or turned completely to the side for the best fit in whatever you wish to wear. The short tapered wing is still full enough to give that rounded “implant” look. These forms can be worn in full cupped bras, but are perfect with the TRANSFORM® See-Thru Bra.

Although many of our customers wear these forms without a bra, we recommend (as with all attachables) wearing a bra with this form.

For best adhesion, we recommend using Skin Prep Wipes over freshly cleansed skin. Free sampling of Skin Prep Wipes is included with your forms. Find additional Skin Tac Wipes here.

Fitting Information

Most breast forms are sized numerically, because each breast form is designed to fit with several bra sizes.

This only works as a guideline. Every person is different, but our suggested sizes are a great place to start! For additional help, click here for our bra fitting guide.

Return Policy

All silicone breast forms are subject to a 15% restocking fee for returns and/or exchanges. Return authorization numbers must be requested within three (3) days of receipt of product.

Sable is special order only. No returns on special orders.

Shipping Information

All of our products are shipped via USPS (US Mail) or FedEx in a plain box or envelope. There is no product information on the outside of the package.

Items are usually processed within two to three business days. Please allow for shipping time after your order has been processed.
